The Director of Advisory Services position is an ideal role for a LEADER who has a growth mindset; this role will coach, mentor, and manage our Advisory Team at our headquarters in Brighton as well as at each of our satellite offices. Our ideal candidate has a strong track record of developing, implementing, and monitoring sales department strategies, training staff, and setting goals, and crushing them. This individual will play an integral role across the organization by driving strategic initiatives to increase profit.
Regular activities will include:
- Create policies, procedures, and practices for process reliability, long-term growth, and client satisfaction
- Ensure client engagement strategies are aligned with FFG’s values and culture resulting in team development and revenue growth
- Identify, refine, and leverage account best practices for Client management
- Recruit, manage, and coach Advisors to deliver profitable growth
- Create a culture of winning, collaboration, and ongoing business goal achievement
- Effectively and collaboratively work across FFG’s functions to optimize account revenue growth and client satisfaction
- Develop and deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts
- Identify opportunities to build sales pipelines
- Manage and report accurate forecasts and data to the Leadership Team
- Mentor our Advisors in achieving, exceeding, and sustaining business results
- Set and monitor ongoing goals and sales KPIs for Advisors
- Train and instruct on how to effectively increase conversion rate of leads
- Ensure accountability for all team members on sales goals, initiatives, and administrative tasks
- Foster a team-oriented culture of coordination, cooperation, and communication cross-functionally throughout the company
- Build and maintain a high-performance environment and coach others in effective team interaction and function
- Coach a team of Advisors on sales strategy, and pipeline reviews and achieve quarterly targets
- Hire new Advisors and provide both onboarding and ongoing coaching to ensure their growth and success
- Create content for ongoing training and development
- Support Advisors through professional development plans
- Track and communicate weekly goals to the team to drive consistent performance week over week
- Report weekly performance metrics to FFG’s Leadership Team
We are searching for a sales leader who can demonstrate a track record of previous success in their career managing and elevating sales departments. The right candidate’s values will align with FFG’s core values; financial services experience is not required for the right candidate.
