About This Role

Foguth Financial Group is seeking a motivated, organized and relationship driven Associate Financial Advisor to join our expanding Advisory Team. This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional client experience while supporting advisor productivity, directly contributing to our continued growth across Michigan and beyond.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced advisors to prepare financial planning materials and support the overall client experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where accountability and client impact matter. We are excited about this opportunity because Associate Financial Advisors play a key role in supporting client relationships while developing the experience and licensing needed to grow into future advisory roles.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests, ensuring requests such as distributions, contributions, withdrawals, and account updates are handled accurately and efficiently.
  • Support Financial Advisors by preparing client reports, financial planning materials, and meeting documentation for client reviews and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate client records by utilizing CRM systems and Microsoft 365 tools to track client activity, follow-up items, and service requests.
  • Monitor and manage follow-up tasks to ensure client needs are addressed promptly, and no requests are overlooked.
  • Collaborate with advisors and internal teams while also managing responsibilities independently to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Support and participate in educational workshops and retirement seminars, communicating confidently in both small and large group settings (some evening events required).

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational and task management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot as needed
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to follow through on client requests and support team objectives
  • Warm, professional communicator with strong relationship-building skills, confident presenting in both one-on-one and group settings with clients and internal teams, including client meetings and educational seminars
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft 365 applications, or the ability to quickly learn new technology platforms
  • Willingness and ability to pursue Series 65 and Michigan Life & Health licensing and attend occasional evening events
