About This Role

Foguth Financial Group is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Concierge Specialist to join our expanding Client Services Team. This role plays a critical part in supporting client relationships and operational processes that contribute to our continued growth across Michigan and beyond.

In this role, you will support the operational execution of client investment and financial planning strategies. This includes ensuring recommended plans are implemented accurately and efficiently while managing account onboarding, servicing requests, and maintaining clear communication so clients feel confident and informed throughout their financial journey – delivering peace and purpose for their money. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills and prior client service experience, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do

  • Establish and maintain client investment accounts, including processing new account openings and facilitating transfers between accounts.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, guiding them through account setup and next steps.
  • Manage incoming client calls and support inquiries while delivering professional, high-quality service and timely follow-up.
  • Schedule client meetings and prepare reports, documentation, and analysis to support financial planning discussions.
  • Coordinate administrative processes and respond to client service requests to ensure accurate and efficient account management.
  • Prepare and process client documentation and required forms in accordance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within the financial services industry is preferred, particularly in managed accounts, annuities, or life insurance products.
  • Prior client service experience within an Investment or Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and listening skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and navigate a variety of personalities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy when managing client accounts and documentation.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through to resolution.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities in a client-focused and deadline-driven environment.
  • A positive, team-oriented professional who is receptive to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
