About the Role
Foguth Financial Group is seeking a hands-on, highly skilled Creative Lead (Brand & Content) to oversee all visual and content production across the organization. This role blends graphic design, content strategy, videography, photography, presentation design, and production management.
As the Creative Services Lead, you will set the creative direction for the brand, translate strategic narratives into compelling content, and ensure every visual touchpoint — internal and external — reflects Foguth’s professional, elevated standards. You will manage and mentor members of the creative team (including our videographer/editor), ensuring accountability to brand guidelines and creative excellence.
This is an all-encompassing creative leadership role ideal for someone who is a designer at heart, but who also thrives in video, multimedia content creation, and end-to-end production.
Key Responsibilities
This position serves as the central creative resource for the entire organization — supporting Leadership, Marketing, Events, Partnerships, and Advisors.
Creative Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the overall creative strategy for video, graphic design, photography, presentations, and content.
- Translate desired narratives, storylines, and business objectives into compelling visual and content executions.
- Oversee and mentor the creative team (e.g., videographer/editor), ensuring high-quality work, professional standards, and on-time delivery.
- Maintain, elevate, and enforce Foguth’s brand standards across all departments and channels.
Design & Content Production
- Own the creation and production of all graphic assets, including:
- Print and digital collateral
- Social and digital graphics
- Event materials and signage
- Business cards, flyers, mailers, and CRM materials
- Logo design and brand elements
- Client-facing documents and worksheets
- Lead the design and development of PowerPoint and Keynote presentations, elevating clarity, storytelling, and visual appeal.
Video, Photo & Multimedia
- Oversee video content strategy, filming, editing, and post-production for educational content, social media videos, event coverage, and promotional assets.
- Capture and edit photography for internal, marketing, and event purposes.
- Ensure all video and photo assets align with the brand and support Foguth’s narrative and educational focus.
Content & Project Management
- Contribute to copywriting and messaging for campaigns, videos, scripts, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Manage the Content Production Tracker to ensure smooth workflows and timely deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when necessary.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, creative production, or multimedia.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design-first skills plus video/photo work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
- Expertise in PowerPoint/Keynote and information design.
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and content strategy.
- Experience leading or mentoring creative contributors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Photography and videography experience required.
- Agency or in-house creative experience preferred; financial services background a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
