Position Overview
Join our Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiting Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the Director of Talent Acquisition and helping candidates navigate their journey with us. Key Responsibilities
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with all stakeholders
- Assist in organizing and booking initial phone interviews/phone screens as needed
Offer Package Preparation & Onboarding Support:
- Draft offer letters and send them out with the relevant offer package, including benefits summary and other onboarding materials
- Track offers from issuance through acceptance and assist the Director of Operations with scheduling new hires’ first day
- Calendar relevant onboarding meetings and notify internal team members of new hire details
Candidate Data Management:
- Enter and maintain accurate candidate profiles within the internal CRM/ATS system
- Update status changes, notes, and documentation in real time
- Assist with reporting and data audits to ensure system integrity
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Candidate Outreach:
- Support initial outreach to candidates via email, phone, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Coordinate availability and follow-up for the scheduling of screening conversations
- Maintain organized communication records and templates
Recruiting Event Support:
- Help secure materials for recruiting events (e.g., swag, brochures, signage)
- Attend select career fairs or recruiting events to engage with prospective candidates
- Assist with reporting and presentation preparation as needed
Recruiting Content & Job Postings:
- Create, update, and improve job descriptions in collaboration with the Director of Talent Acquisition
- Create and maintain job postings across Foguth Financial Group’s website and external job boards to ensure accuracy and visibility
Employer Branding Support:
- Support the creation of visually engaging content for social media and recruiting campaigns, either by collaborating with the marketing team or using tools like Canva
- Assist in planning and coordinating candidate engagement efforts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
General Support:
- Support with other projects and recruiting activities as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative support roles is preferred, but not required
- Ability and willingness to learn and become proficient in entering candidate data and updating statuses within our internal CRM/ATS system
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability, with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism and composure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong familiarity with Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
