Social Media Manager

Farmington Hills, Michigan

Full Time

About This Role

Foguth Financial Group is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social media presence and build a strategy for meaningful, measurable growth.

This role goes beyond simply creating and scheduling posts. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms, create engaging and on-brand content, grow our online audience, strengthen brand awareness, and identify opportunities to turn social media engagement into meaningful business results.

The ideal candidate is both a strategist and a creator. Someone who understands what makes content perform, stays ahead of evolving social media trends and algorithms, and knows how to build and grow an audience. They should be equally comfortable developing the strategy and getting hands-on with execution, from brainstorming content ideas and writing captions to creating short-form video, capturing event content, analyzing performance, and refining the approach.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build and own a brand’s social media presence, rather than simply maintain an existing content calendar.
